AMAZING tea lattes!!!! ?

I love this tea store! I was sad when it disappeared from Stratford Square Mall, but was excited to find out it had just moved to a bigger and improved store. They have a much larger selection. In addition to the blends listed on their website, they have a large selection of organic herbals on hand. I was able to get the Nuovo tea blend with Mullein mixed in. I bought a canister full and adding the extra ingredient mixed in did not cost me extra. I was very happy to find out they had Mullein because it helps with asthma and allergies. Their Earl Grey Moonlight is also really good if you are looking for a caffeinated but sweeter tea.

I am not a big tea drinker, and did not know much about it! Kathleen talked with me for over an hour! Sharing much of her knowledge! She definitely got me started on the right path! I cannot recommend this place enough!! You can tell Tea is their passion!

The tea is incredibly delicious and works perfectly. The staff are also extremely nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Matcha!

Overpriced. Lied to about the price of a tea I was buying. The total seemed higher than it should have but I didn’t realize until I looked at my receipt. A sense of coldness from employees who seem too eager to sample things for you. Another review called them a company driven by profit and not quality, well, I totally agree. If you want quality tea at a fraction of the price, give Mountain Rose Herbs a try. Will never shop at this high end rip off again.

I let myself get ripped off. They sold me three teas. Two for "20% off" and one for "40% off". When the guy read me the price I had sticker shock, but it was a few days before Christmas and I was in a rush so I made the mistake of letting them run my card. Now I've found the same teas online for a fraction of what I paid for at Nuovo. I will never shop here again.

The best tea in the area. Lots to choose from and very helpful employees. Fresh tea and beautiful pots and cups to buy for gifts. I can't say how much I love their teas! I come from Glenview twice a month to get my tea stock refilled.

I’ll never purchase products from Nuovo Tea ever again. Rude, lazy, and not worth your money. They hung up on me because they were too busy. Couldn't answer a simple question, do you have citron tea? 3:30 pm on Sunday Dec 1st. I spoke with a man. Stratford location was a much better establishment. I would buy from two women. I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service! I walked in the store and learned so much about the health benefits of tea. I left a happy customer with a commitment to my health with matcha tea.

This is my favorite place to buy tea. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Went here couple of times because they serve as a UPS delivery address and package pick up location. Never tried their teas but nobody was there both times I went.

Bought two teas on "sale" for apparently 40 percent off. Found out the same teas are available from Adagio tea in a larger quantity (16oz vs 10oz) and with a normal price the same and lower than Nuovo's "40 percent off" price. I do not recommend this establishment.

So happy to have found this place! Super friendly and extremely knowledgable staff. I drink tea a few times a day and have been for years. I was drinking the tea from bags because its what I was comfortable with. After hearing all of the health benefits of lose leaf tea and how easy it is I decided to cross the tea bridge, and I am so happy I did! And Im not stopping there, Im also now using the cast iron pot! Thanks guys for your help, I will be back!

Another tea shop where sales and profit are the driving Factor and not the quality of the Tea. It is unfortunate that it is so difficult to find a genuine tea shop where the owners I'm more interested in tea versus trying to sell you an "EZ-brew". All the teams are from Adagio Teas and can be purchased online for a fraction of the cost. There are no original blends here, nothing original whatsoever other than your traditional markups in price and people trying to sell you unnecessary products. Delicious teas, and fantastic service. I am especially fond of the yuletide toddy, and turmeric bliss (if you are looking for caffeine free). The owners are nice people with a great deal of knowledge pertaining to tea types and their benefits. Plus I got this awesome Star Trek: TNG mug!! ?

OH I am in tea heaven! I'm glad I stopped in this morning. Brian is highly knowledgeable and helped me find teas specific for health needs. I learned a great deal about teas, brewing and culture. My boyfriend and I went out for some sushi today. We always stop by Trader joe's afterwards. Today as I was headed in that direction I saw so.e beautiful ceramic coffee pots and I went in to see what they had. I loved everything they had!! Two very nice gentlemen approached us anf gave us some tea samples, told us about their shop. Delicious! I walked out very happy with my new mug and tea !! And i will be back very soon for newer items I am so happy and pleased !! My boyfriend is not a tea drinker and he is loving it!

Warning to potential Groupon purchasers or holders (not a negative review of this establishment currently known as Tea Canal located in Glen Ellyn, want to clarify that). The Groupon for Tea Tasting is NOT BEING honored. The explanation I have received thus far is that ownership is changing at this location. Groupon has been contacted and is investigating the issue and will have a response for me within 3-4 business days. Until then, I urge you not to buy this Groupon, and if you have, to report the issue to Groupon if you are also having difficulty redeeming it. The reason I am posting this via Google is that I cannot locate a means to via Groupon.

Great selection of Tea. Incredible service and best of all, really affordable. I doubt this place is making money on their refills. I tried their website, works as a charm.

This place not only has high quality loose tea, but the customer service is outstanding!! They will custom blend tea for you, and are excited to do it! I even hot to try it before I bought it. They wanted me to be happy with my purchase, which I absolutely am!! I will definitely be back for more!!

This place is legit. I've had teas all over the world. Malek comes from a family background of tea experts. His father is an herbalist! Stop in at Trader Joe's and go try a brand new tea. He makes it easy for you to learn what you like. Great prices.
